Our “U.S. Agent for Service” service is provided on an auto-renewing annual subscription basis only. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date of your subscription by completing the cancellation process. If you have time remaining on your Subscription when you cancel, you may continue to use the service until the end date of your Subscription. 

 

There are no refunds. This applies to all cancellations, including but not limited to early cancellations. We do not offer full or prorated refunds for any reason. 

 

By canceling your service with the AOPA Registered Agent, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

 

• Effective immediately upon the end of your subscription, we are no longer your U.S. Agent for Service for any purpose and are not obligated to provide you any further services; 

 

• At the end of your subscription, you will immediately remove us and our contact information as your designated U.S. Agent for Service from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) website (https://usas.faa.gov); 

 

• We have no obligation to forward any documents to you that we receive after your subscription ends, even if you fail to remove us as your designated U.S. Agent for Service on the FAA website (https://usas.faa.gov) 

 

• You understand that failure to designate a U.S. Agent for Service, if required to do so, has consequences under FAA regulations, including, but not limited to possible suspension of certain rights and privileges and possible imposition of fines and penalties; 

 

• You agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify AOPA Holdings Corporation and Computershare Entity Solutions, Inc. from any and all claims, suits, proceedings, expenses, costs, damages, and liabilities brought or threatened as a result of or arising out of the cancellation or termination of your subscription to the services, including but not limited to those related to your failure to receive documents after termination or your failure to appoint a new U.S. Agent for Service; and 

 

• You understand and agree to the additional cancellation terms that apply as provided in our Terms of Service.
